KCU Loses at Bluefield

Bluefield, VA - The Knights went to Bluefield University for the last football game of the 2022 season. After surrendering an opening drive touchdown to the Rams, KCU returned the favor by taking the ball and hit pay dirt following a four-play drive culminating in a 14-yd touchdown pass from Max Ward to Vincent Taylor. Mike Clark cored the ensuing 2-pt conversion to give his team the lead.
Unfortunately, that was the extent of the scoring highlights on this night. Bluefield put 35 consecutive points on the board to win, 8-42.
The Knights finish the 2022 season 3-8 overall and 2-3 in the AAC.
