Women's Soccer Loses at Home to #21 Truett-McConnell

Grayson, KY – Truett-McConnell University came to KCU with a lofty ranking (#21) and looked every bit of it. When the final horn had sounded, they traveled back to Georgia with a 0-6 win over the home standing Knights.

For the Knights, goaltender Millie Conod (FR/Walsall, England) stopped 18 of the 24 shots she faced. This from an offense that spent the vast majority of the 90-minute game on the KCU side of mid-field. Offensively, Kentucky Christian could only muster two shots on goal, one each by Abbie Hibbs (JR/Danville, KY) and Maria Rojas (SR/Jackson, NJ).

Kentucky Christian will travel to play the Cavaliers of Montreat College next Wednesday, Oct. 6^th. The opening pass is scheduled at 4:00 PM.
