Barbourville, KY – October 25, 2025 — The Kentucky Christian University Knights came up just short in a 32–28 road loss to Union Commonwealth College on Saturday afternoon.
Quarterback Jackson Wasik led the offense with 248 passing yards, two touchdowns, and a rushing score, while Jason Cobb and Jailen Briscoe each hauled in touchdown receptions. Running back Jovari Gamble added a rushing touchdown as the Knights built a 28–16 lead midway through the fourth quarter.
Union mounted a late comeback, scoring twice in the final minutes to escape with the narrow win. Despite the result, KCU showed strong effort on both sides of the ball. Defensively, Dashawn Webster, Chase Hall, and JaTarius Randolph anchored a group that played with toughness all afternoon.
The Knights, now 3–4 overall (1–2 AAC), will look to bounce back as they continue conference play next week.
