KCU Men lose in Athens
Athens, TN – The Knights ran into a buzz saw tonight … even though they had four players reach the double-digit plateau against Tennessee Wesleyan University, it wasn’t nearly enough. The Bulldogs took care of their home court and defeated KCU, 84-103.
With 23 pts and nine rebounds, David McCallum, Jr paced the Knights in tonight’s game. He also produced six assists along with a steal. David Woodard collected 20 pts with three rebounds and hit four 3’s to lead all players.
The final two members to reach double figures were Kirk Pence and Deondre Ross who had 16 and 13 pts, respectively. They finished the game with three rebounds each and combined for eight assists and two steals.
Who's Up Next
The Knights return home to play the Johnson University Royals on Saturday. The game is scheduled to tipoff at 4:00 PM.
