Owingsville, KY – Former Bath County High School standout, Jacob Mitchell, has decided to attend Kentucky Christian University and continue his basketball career with the Knights. During his senior year, the 6-1 guard averaged 19.6 ppg, 6.3 rpg and 3 assists which led him to being an All-Area Selection by vote of the coaches.

KCU Head Coach Grady Lowe commented on Mitchell, "Jacob will provide help at a couple of positions for the Knights and is a highly competitive and team orientated player. He really fits with our team as a whole and the high goals we have set for next season. I'm looking forward to working with Jacob and seeing all the positives he brings to our program." Jacob … welcome to the program.
